Shipping and Returns
How long will my order take to ship?
Please allow orders in the US will usually take 2 weeks maximum to be produced, shipped and delivered to your home. For other international countries please allow up to 1 month.
What countries does Pluggnb Lounge ship to?
We are able to ship to most countries, if shipping is not allowed for your country at checkout, dm us on IG @1pluggnblounge or email us at pluggnblounge@gmail.com, we will be happy to help you receive your items.
Does Pluggnb Lounge accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are NOT supported if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery.
Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Pluggnb Lounge will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering the correct information.
